Maxtreo is an eCommerce platform specialized in the sale of original IT hardware (Monitors, Printers, Storage, CCTV, Peripherals, etc.) and physical software media. We operate exclusively within the territory of India.

2. Eligibility

By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. For Bulk/B2B orders, the person placing the order represents that they have the authority to bind the corporate entity to these terms.

3. Product Authenticity & Warranty

  • Original Products: We guarantee that all products sold on Maxtreo are 100% genuine and sourced from authorized distributors.
  • Manufacturer Warranty: All hardware products (Printers, Monitors, Hard Drives, etc.) carry a standard brand warranty as provided by the manufacturer (OEM).
  • Limited Liability: Maxtreo is a reseller. We are not responsible for manufacturing defects or performance issues. In such cases, the customer must approach the Authorized Brand Service Center for repairs or replacements.
  • No Installation: Maxtreo does not provide installation, assembly, or configuration services for products like CCTV systems, internal Hard Drives, or Networking equipment.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of GST as mentioned on the product page.
  • Payment Gateway: We use Razorpay for secure payment processing. By choosing to pay through our site, you agree to Razorpay’s terms of service.
  • Price Changes: Maxtreo reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice due to market fluctuations.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Coverage: We ship only to valid addresses within India.
  • Dispatch: Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days.
  • Transit Risk: While we use reputed courier partners, Maxtreo is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen logistics issues.
  • Bulk Orders: Large-scale corporate orders may have customized shipping timelines which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

6. Software Licenses (Physical Media)

  • Format: We sell software (e.g., Microsoft Windows/Office) in physical CD/DVD/USB format only.
  • Activation: Once the physical seal of the software box is broken or the product key is scratched, the product is deemed “used” and cannot be returned under any circumstances.

7. User Obligations

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the checkout process.
